New website announced for Pig Health Today

Pig Health Today website now online, offering ‘all health, all the time’

DURHAM, NC, June 5 — Pig Health Today, a new website focused solely on news and information related to swine health, was launched today to help the pork industry keep abreast of the latest developments on disease management, biosecurity and pig care.

Pig Health Today will also publish a free e-newsletter to inform the industry about key articles on the website. A magazine will be introduced later this year.

“All health, all the time — that’s the mission of Pig Health Today,” said Robbie Moody, senior marketing director for the pork and poultry businesses of Zoetis, the website’s exclusive sponsor.

“Producers and veterinarians told us they needed more practical information on disease management and other swine-health topics. Pig Health Today helps to fill this void.”

Pig Health Today is produced by the same editorial team that developed Poultry Health Today, a popular, non-commercial news website and magazine that has served the US and global poultry market since 2014.

Visitors to Pig Health Today will find a diverse and frequently updated mix of news articles and research updates. The engaging, colorful website also features video interviews with swine-health experts and practical articles written by swine veterinarians and industry opinion leaders.  A rich pallet of tools allows registered users to easily save and share articles and create custom reports on swine-health topics.
